Communicate with H.E.A.R.T.

The department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior completed the Communicate with H.E.A.R.T. program. The program was created by the Cleveland Clinic to provide an exceptional patient and employee experience at every point of interaction by helping employees understand their role in creating positive patient experiences is greater than the tasks associated with their job. 

This training was led by Hillary Basden, Program Manager of the Office of Patient Experience, in January of 2023.
